When is the right time to start thinking about summer camp?
This is as important a decision as any a parent will make especially because the decision involves the care of children.
The key factors that usually steer this decision include location of the camp, the camp program, staffing and how the camp fosters making friends and learning.
As you begin to assess where your child will go to camp this summer, lets take a look at each of these factors and why your child’s summer camp destination should be United Sports.
• Location - We are conveniently located just off business RT. 30 and only minutes from the 30 By-pass.
• Camp Program - A diverse program with a lot to offer for both the athlete and non-athlete – sports camps for the higher skilled players and those who just want to learn a little and play a lot, camps for boys and girls and ages from 3 to 15.
• Staffing - Our strongest asset as all of our staff have previous experience working with children and expertise in the area in which they work.
Upcoming Events:
Sunday, March 11 – Chester County Summer Camp Fair at United Sports 11:30am to 2:30pm includes free admission, door prizes, entertainment for children and a chance to visit with over 25 local summer camp programs to learn about what they have to offer.
Tours:
If you or someone you know are interested in taking a tour of our facility, feel free to contact me at
mbernstein@unitedsports.net. We have a large building and we understand that it might be intimidating for a child coming to the facility for the first time. Tours are also a chance to ask questions about camp and become familiar with the policies of summer camp.
Birthday Cards:
Be on the lookout for your child’s birthday card. All campers under the age of 14 are sent birthday cards at the beginning of the month of their birthday. Each card includes 3 coupons to use at United Sports and they don’t expire until January 1, 2013.
